According to GOAL, the effort marked his 300th career goal across all professional competitions, including for his club and country, Norway.

Renowned for his physicality, movement, and relentless drive, Haaland has consistently shown that goal-scoring does not always have to be beautiful.

This goal summed up his instinctive and uncanny positioning, as City humbled the Italian side in a dominant 5-2 performance, as reported by the BBC.

The former Dortmund No.9 is is expected to lead the line again in City’s last-16 fixture against Saudi team Al-Hilal.

According to FIFA, the Citizens will face Al-Hilal on June 30 in Orlando, with the winner meeting either Inter Milan or Fluminense in the quarter-finals.
